One of the most haunted places in Oklahoma is a 1907 Victorian mansion that has turned into a bed and breakfast. Stone Lion Inn in Guthrie is known for its Murder Mystery Weekends where you can stay overnight and participate in solving a murder…all in a real-life haunted location. Here’s a look at this hair-raising experience and the haunted B&B it takes place in.

Stone Lion Inn is located in historic Guthrie and was once a funeral parlor. It was restored into a charming bed and breakfast, but it’s known as one of the most haunted locations in Oklahoma.

Past and current owners, visitors and paranormal groups have all reported many hauntings from within the walls of this home. Visitors from all around come to see if they can experience some of the paranormal activity.

The B&B hosts a Murder Mystery Weekend where you can come alongside 20-40 other guests and participate in (or solve) a murder. The weekend starts on a Friday night and concludes on Saturday morning.

All murders are set in either the 20s, 30s or 40s and all guests are assigned a character to play.

Guests get to choose from a variety of rooms for their overnight accommodations. After arriving on Friday evening, you’ll check-in and change into costume and meet downstairs for the thrilling events.
