The Palmetto Boardwalk Trail meanders right through a freshwater swamp. The trail starts at the Environmental Education Center, and is just a half mile long.

Take the short .4-mile long Live Oak Trail for a bit of history. You’ll find an old cemetery with wooden headstones that dates back to the 1880s along the way.
