The Lake Harriet Winter Kite Festival is held on Lake Harriet in Minneapolis, Minnesota. For winter of 2017-2018, the festival will take place on January 27, 2018.

The kite festival runs from noon to 4:00 p.m.m on that day and its free of charge. All you need to bring is warm winter clothes - and a kite, if you’d like to take part!
