It seems like every neighborhood has one resident who outdoes the rest each year with epic holiday decorations. After all, the enthusiasm around Christmas lights has inspired plenty of hilarious scenes in classic movies! But in Coventry, you’ll find a family that couldn’t be farther from Clark Griswold. The Conways deck the halls to bring joy to their neighbors – and raise some money for a good cause.

The Conway family has been putting on their Conway Christmas Lights Extravaganza since 1992, and each year the display gets a little bigger and more elaborate.

This year, it features 75,000 lights and more than 400 lawn ornaments.

Walk the 550-foot path through the display to get the best close-up view of all of the decorations.

They’re all arranged carefully, with great attention to detail, starting in September each year. The Conways turn on the lights for the first time on Thanksgiving, and you can visit each night until December 30.

They even have a massive hand-built Polar Express train – can you imagine the effort that went into this?

Best of all, the Conways use the opportunity to collect food for the Coventry Food Bank, and monetary donations for the Tomorrow Fund, a nonprofit that helps children fighting cancer.
