While we love splurging on fancy seafood dinners every once in awhile, it is the local, little-known restaurants that serve the most mouthwatering seafood the Hawaiian Islands have to offer. This little seafood shack, found along the coast of Maui, is one of our favorites.
Located in the historic plantation town turned surfing mecca of Paia, on the corner of Hana Highway and Balwin Avenue, is the Paia Fish Market, a favorite among locals and tourists alike.

The original Paia Fish Market is located in, you guessed it, Paia, at 100 Baldwin Avenue, but there are also locations in Lahaina (632 Front Street), and Kihei (1913 South Kihei Road). Each eatery is open from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily. No matter which location you visit, you’re sure to find mouthwatering seafood and a casual, inviting atmosphere that perfectly embodies the Hawaiian spirit.
