- Backyard Roller Coasters - Bruceville
Backyard Roller Coasters/Facebook Woudn’t it be awesome to have roller coasters right in your back yard? Well, that’s just what John Ivers did. These incredible coasters were originally constructed for his grandchildren, but can be tried out by other Hoosiers by appointment. You can learn more here and find the coasters at 7007 County Rd 575 NE, Bruceville, Indiana, 47516 (but don’t show up without making an appointment first!).
- Holliday Park - Indianapolis
Holliday Park/Facebook This little known urban park is the perfect oasis inside of the state capitol. Here you’ll find 94 acres of nature, including walking trails, paths along White River, an incredible playground, awesome nature center, and of course, the famous ruins in the middle of the park. Find it at 6363 Spring Mill Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Rotary Jail Museum - Crawfordsville
Rotary Jail Museum/Facebook This unique jailhouse is one of only eighteen rotary jails designed in the entire country. It was the first of its kind ever constructed and is the last remaining operational rotary jail. Come find out what all the fuss is about at 225 N Washington St, Crawfordsville, Indiana.
- Jug Rock - Shoals
IndyIzzi/TripAdvisor This ecological wonder is truly a sight to behold in person. It’s the largest table rock on this side of the Mississippi and is approximately 60 feet tall. You’ll find signs for it on Highway 50 when driving through Shoals.
- World of Motorcyles Museum - Winamac

- Periodic Table Display - Greencastle

It shows all of the elements in order, and inside of the cubes are practical examples of how each elelment is used. Find it at 313 South Locust Street DePauw University, Julian Science and Mathematics Center Greencastle, Indiana, 46135.
- Muffler Man - Indiana
Hawthorne M./Flickr Muffler Men are popular roadside attractions and in Indiana we have five Muffler Men waiting to be found. You’ll find them in Toto, Montpelier, Muncie, Indianapolis, and Brookston. Find their exact location on this Muffler Man map here.
- City West Ghost Town - Chesterton
Tom Gill/Flickr This abandoned town was once though to become a huge city, the likes of which could rival Chicago. While these pipedreams never panned out for the ghost town, you can now view the former “city” along the sand dunes of NWI. Find it at 1600 N 25 E, Chesterton, Indiana, 46304.
