Boone & Scenic Valley Railroad There’s still time to catch this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Not only will you enjoy the incredible history and scenery of a train ride through the scenic valley, but you’ll be able to pig out on brisket, chicken, pulled pork, and more!Trains are running the last two Saturdays in March, so get your ticket for the 24th or 31st before they all sell out! Tickets are just $40, and they include a two hour round trip ride along with your choice of entree. Choose from Sliced Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken, or a Grilled Portobello Mushroom with Grilled Veggies. Each meal is served with baked beans potato salad, a fresh cornbread muffin, and a big slice of their famous cheesecake. Can you think of a better way to spend the night?!
