Once the owners, Rob & Janet Carroll (and their daughters) found out the building was up for sale, they snagged it up, leading to one of the best restaurants in town.

The main building was built in 1910 as a Santa Fe freight house, and it’s been transformed into this rustic grill.

They’ve put their own twist on things, but with plenty of decor paying homage to the building’s roots.

Of course, the food here is even better than the ambiance.
