Miniature trains are fascinating, with their tiny replica mountains, towns and scenery. You can spend hours being mesmerized by these little worlds, all created in tiny scale. Here’s a place where you can spend the entire afternoon playing with (and riding on!) trains.
The Train Shoppe is located at 2964 S. State Street in South Salt Lake. This little shop has been serving model railroad enthusiasts and train lovers of all ages since 1965.
The front part of the shop serves retail customers, and you’ll find everything you could ever need to build your very own model railroad.

Behind the shop, you’ll find a 9,000-square foot Wild West Family Fun Park.
