If you’re in Wyoming and want really great Cajun food, you’re going to have to travel for it – but maybe not as far as you’d think. There’s a charming little steakhouse just off WY-120 East that serves up crave-worthy Cajun cuisine that is the best you’ll find west of the Mississippi.

Practically in the middle of nowhere, it’s not close to much of anything, other than Monster Lake. The remote location makes it unlikely that you’ll accidentally find this Southern food gem, but the unexpected menu and over-the-top fare make it well worth the trip once you know where it is. At least you don’t have to go all the way to Louisiana!

Restaurant Bliss is probably the best-kept secret in Wyoming.
