Not to mention that the “Burner Byway”—the road taking Burning Man folks from Reno to Black rock Dessert is fully accessible nearby.

What makes the Midtown District of Reno even more hippie-esque, is that it was created by local business and property owners who wished to improve the community overall as well as support local businesses.

The famed Morris Burner Hostel is a staple to Reno, too, and worth checking out while exploring.

Or visiting the HUB coffee roasters and sitting outside under the treetops with your cup of java.

But by simply walking around this hippie-part of Nevada you’ll see that the residents and businesses truly love and respect their community and their surroundings.
