Four U.S. airlines were just named among the safest in the world. Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Virgin America and JetBlue all got top marks on the annual safety rankings published by AirlineRatings.com. JetBlue is the only budget airline to make the list. Unfortunately, two heavyweight U.S. airlines didn’t make the list this year. Delta and United were not tanked amongst the top 20 safest airlines in the world according to the website, which evaluated 409 airlines for their crash reports, operational history, inspection reports and fleet age....
