We may have mixed feelings about the food itself, but I think all of us can appreciate an architectural wonder. One of the world’s most unique McDonald’s buildings is right here in Texas, and it’s definitely a sight to behold.

Everything is bigger in Texas, so it only makes sense that we would sport the world’s largest Happy Meal. That’s right, part of the building is located inside that giant box!

The interior is just as unique, with Austrian crystal chandeliers, Ralph Lauren wallpaper, granite floors, and mahogany booths. It looks more like a fancy steakhouse than a Mickey D’s, that’s for sure.

Be sure to snap some family pictures all around the building if you visit. You’ll have a variety of backdrops to choose from - happy meal characters, enormous burgers, fries, and Cokes, etc.

This McDonald’s ranked in the top 10 most unique worldwide by the Travel Channel, so it truly is a can’t-miss destination (even if you don’t eat anything while you’re there).

It’s located at 13105 Montfort Drive, Dallas, TX 75240, just east of the Galleria Mall. If you’re coming from the LBJ Freeway, it’s on the north side after you take the Montfort exit. You can’t miss it!

BONUS: The Montfort location isn’t the only unique McDonald’s in Dallas. It appears that some of the animals have escaped the nearby zoo and invaded this one!

The zoo location is at 632 S R L Thornton Freeway Service Rd, Dallas, TX 75203. Check out this video – the inside is just as unique as the outside!
