The original owner, Harvey Parker, purportedly roams the halls of the Omni. Some report being given directions around the hotel by a gentleman in a formal suit, only to have their guide disappear moments later.

Plus, John Wilkes Booth stayed at the hotel eight days before assassinating President Abraham Lincoln. He was seen practicing his shot at a firing range near the hotel during his stay.
