Walk in and you’ll notice that each table has a metal griddle in the middle (as the name suggests!) You’ll use the griddle to cook your own pancakes and omelettes.

You can find Griddle in the Middle at 56 Daniel Webster Hwy, Meredith, New Hampshire. Until Bike Week, they’re only open on the weekends, but starting at Memorial Day hours will be expanded to include lunch and dinner.
