The Hells Canyon Scenic Byway encompasses over 200 miles of pristine Idaho and Oregon Wilderness. Thanks to the byway, you can explore our state’s jaw-dropping natural areas with ease. All you need to do is gas up and go.

The Idaho section of the byway is approximately 22 miles long and follows the beautiful Snake River in between Copperfield and Hells Canyon Dam. It takes about three hours to traverse this beautiful highway round trip.
