Located on the Oregon Coast near Neskowin, the Harts Cove hike is a scenic nature trail that leads to jaw-dropping coastal views.

Starting at the Harts Cove Trailhead, this 5.4-mile out and back hike winds through an old-growth forest and crosses over two seasonal creeks before reaching the picturesque Harts Cove.

As you make your way along the lush forest trail, you’ll be surrounded by peace and quiet.

Some of the trees in this Sitka Spruce-Western Hemlock rain forest are more than 250-years-old.

Eventually, you’ll reach an open meadow on the ocean’s edge. In the spring, this field comes alive with vibrant wildflowers.

Keep following the trail a little bit further until you come to the grand finale: Harts Cove. With incredible blue-green water and a cascading waterfall, this hidden cove is a majestic sight to behold.
