It all started in the winter of 1967 when David Dysart and his family created the first ever Dysart’s Restaurant menu.

Dysart’s / Facebook The menu was full of homemade Maine recipes when it opened on Mother’s day in 1967.

Today there are 9 travel stops located throughout Maine and, in 2014, Dysart’s opened their second restaurant in Bangor.

Over 45 years later, Dysart’s is still family owned and operated, serving delicious meals and more to hungry truckers, travelers and Maine locals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
