What are you most looking forward to in spring? For us (other than warm weather), it’s most definitely Baltimore’s Light City. This annual event takes place each April, and it’s a surreal and beautiful sight against the darkness of night. We found footage from Youtube user Heights and Horizons of this event from 2016.
