I’m all about outdoor adventure and I just can’t wait until the weather warms up…it’s on its way! But some days are too hot, or too cold, or too rainy to go out and have fun. That doesn’t mean you have to stay in. You might head to one of our many malls, maybe watch a movie, or, you can have the adventure of a lifetime. Last week, I wrote about an incredible indoor skydiving arena, opening soon in New Jersey. You can learn more about that by clicking here. It’s sure to be a thrill, but it isn’t the only indoor thrill that the Garden State has to offer…

iPlay America is a giant indoor amusement park. How giant are we talking? Nearly 4 acres!

That’s plenty of space for fun! With countless rides and games, it brings the feel of the Jersey Shore indoors.

You’ll find thrill rides (for kids and adults) including Dizzy Dragons, Skyscraper, and Freedom Rider (a roller coaster), in addition to Bumper Cars, Go Karts, Laser Tag, Mini-Bowling, and a 4D Theater.

There are Boardwalk-style games including Balloon Pop and Bob’s Fishing Hole (how many can you catch?)!!!

And, of course, there’s a massive arcade with over 200 video, skill, and crane games. More crane games than anywhere else in New Jersey, in fact. Arcade games include Skee-ball, Deal Or No Deal, and Ferrari Racing. Earn tickets to win prizes!

There are plenty of dining options, including a giant candy shop. For “real food” (in quotes because I think candy IS real food), head to Game Time Bar & Grill.

Oh, and the events are awesome! They’ve got concerts, magic shows, MMA, and adult-only after dark events.

But, maybe best of all, they’ve also got an epic indoor ropes course.

Facebook/iPlay America Technically, there are two! The Sky Trail High Ropes Course features a variety of obstacles to test your skills, like the rope bridges, zig-zag beams, cargo nets, walk-across beams, vertical rope ladders, and more. While you’ll get the opportunity to challenge yourself, you can relax knowing that you’re safely strapped in. There’s also a second, smaller ropes course for younger children.

To learn more about the ropes course, check out the short video below:
