CALLING ALL ANTIQUERS! The biggest event of the year is almost upon us — Antique Weekend in Central Texas. That name is very misleading, however, because the “weekend” starts on September 15 and ends on October 8! So, in reality, there will be almost an entire month of festivities. Whether you’re looking for some vintage furniture, collectibles, or just a few knick-knacks, you’ll find everything you could ever want and more at Antique Weekend.

More than 100,000 people arrive in rural Central Texas twice a year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall, to shop more than 60 antique, collector, decor, and fashion shows.

There are shows in Round Top, Warrenton, Carmine, La Bahia, Burton, Fayetteville, Ruterville, Oldenburg, and LaGrange — so rest assured you’ll have ample opportunity to walk away with some treasures.

The shows take place in fields, barns, tents, and stores where more than 500 vendors set up shop in each location. This means you’ll have plenty to choose from wherever you go!

Considering this is a 2.5 week-long event, you might want to stay a few nights to get the most out of the experience. Click here to see some nearby hotels.

Here is a set of maps for each town showing you where all the shows are! Trust me, you’ll need them — you’ve never seen an antique show quite like this one.
