  1. Billy Goat Trail

Flickr / ehpien If you’re up for a bit of a challenge, then hike Billy Goat’s Trail A. This spot has one of the most gorgeous and rocky views of the Potomac River.

  1. Patapsco Valley State Park

Flickr / Nicolas Raymond Spanning both Howard and Baltimore County, Patapsco Valley State Park is incredibly diverse. It has swinging bridges, a waterfall, ruins, tunnels, and more.

  1. Maryland Heights Trail

  1. Calvert Cliffs State Park
