It’s officially winter in Washington, and depending on which part of the state you call home, that means different things. However, surviving comfortably until spring is a goal for all of us. And if this is your first Washington winter, there are a few things you should probably know.

  1. Don’t make a lot of solid (or non-refundable) plans.
